Scope Out the Stars – Constellation Identification for Adults

FreeDo you know how to tell the difference between the Big Dipper and the Little Dipper? Can you find the great hunter Orion simply by spotting his belt? Navigate the night sky by learning common constellations. Dr. Samantha Blair will give a short presentation on constellation identification, then will provide outdoor practice with telescopes.
This program is for adults and runs beyond normal library operating hours.
Dr. Samantha Blair is an Associate Professor of Astronomy and Physics at Dalton State University and an active member of the Barnard Astronomical Society.
